As women, we tend to put other people’s needs in front of our own. It can be hard and even scary at times to admit we need help, let alone find the courage to seek out support when we need it the most. At Bokeh Therapy, Kate provides a warm and safe space for clients to talk about their concerns free from judgement and/or associated stigma.
Her sole purpose is to help improve her clients emotional wellbeing. She aims to equip clients with coping mechanisms and strategies to help regain control, reignite life passions and gain confidence and support in order to find the joy in life again.
