After seeing the benefits that massage provided for my daughter after corrective spinal surgery, I became passionate about self-care for the mind and body.
This was the impetus to chase my dream career by obtaining my Diploma of Remedial Massage therapy through Emdeavour college of Natural Health.
With a holistic approach, I specialise in various therapeutic massage modalities which include Remedial, Pregnancy, Relaxation, Hot Stone, Deep tissue, Trigger Point therapy and Myofascial Release techniques.
I am deeply committed to ongoing learning and professional development to expand my skills and knowledge and aim to offer a larger range of techniques in the future.
I provide personalised care to each individual client addressing specific concerns while promoting relaxation and healing.
