Myofascial Cupping

Incorporated into a Remedial massage treatment, this soft tissue therapy encourages healing by creating suction on the skin using plastic or silicone cups.

By pulling up the fascia, blood and fluids, adhesions are released and circulation is enhanced.

Myofascial cupping can help treat soft tissue conditions and musculoskeletal tension, pain and common sporting injuries. It can also create relaxation by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system.
